He reiterated that Kosovo has been wronged by the EU for non-liberalisation of visas, however, he said it remains hopeful that the Union will keep its word.

The European Commission for the second time recommended visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens, and there has been a great injustice to our citizens who suffered a lot of”.

“We are in the hope that this summit will make the EU stay faithful at its core for enlargement”.

Kurti has also spoken five non-recognitional EU fugitives, which invited them to join other EU countries and recognise Kosovo's independence.
