Borrell said he welcomes the achievement of the Kosovo-Serbia agreement for vehicle plates. He said it would have to serve as a new moment to speed up reaching a final agreement as a result of dialogue.
Kurti on the other hand said reciprocity will be the principle on which the actions of the state of Kosovo will be based.
He again announced Borrell's non-tariff obstacles Serbia does to Kosovo producers, as was the latest case with the truck that crashed, though it was only passing transit across Serbia's territory.
Both agreed that dialogue is the platform through which the parties manage to resolve unresolved issues.
