The prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has continued with the election campaign for Arben the Year, his party's candidate for the capital's first. In ordinary campaign sentences, Kurti has said Pristina “has always wanted Vetevendosje”, although, in fact, in the 2011 elections, no satisfactory results have been obtained.

“Arbeni is of the Movement, Arben is of the citizens and villagers, is of the men and women of Pristina. Arben is not of background, is not of advertising and noise, is not of arrogance of boasting.” has declared Prime Minister Kurti, Pryscope follows.

The following is his full word for the year:

Dear citizens,

Dear friends, activists and officials,

Pristina has always wanted Vetevendosje. As the capital, it has been the site of great demonstrations but also the site of great victories. In Pristina we are founded, we have received the first local victory in Pristina, and in Pristina, every time we race, we have won.

Citizens of Pristina have wanted honour and work, development and transparency, and therefore have voted the Movement.

Pristinas love the nation, so they have voted in the colors of the national flag Vetevendosje.

Pristinas want culture and knowledge, want strong institutions, want European service, and want care for those with special needs.

It has become clear, however, that it is not enough for man to bring about change; it also takes moral organization and structure that keeps man in the right line - civic and political.

With Arben, this is guaranteed. Arben is of the Movement, Arben is of the citizens and villagers, is of the men and women of Pristina. Arben is not of background; he is not of advertising and noise; he is not of boasting.

It is therefore an honor to introduce Arben the Year as the next chairman of Pristina. Until yesterday it was up to me, but it worked so well that tomorrow I want to have it as chairman. Until yesterday it was me who made the final decision for him, but so responsible he carried out Arben Vitita's duties that tomorrow I feel sure he will make decisions for me, for my family, for all of us.

Ben, you don't talk much. He listens and works. During my rule, Arben Vitita was often my first call in the morning and one late at night.

The expertise, persistence and humanity of Arben Vitit as minister of Health not only helped us manage a global crisis during a pandemic, but also set a new standard for the “that is possible” in our country.

He has the tenderness of the popular doctor, but the steel nerves of an army general. And, a back of iron: I can't imagine anyone else who would be able to negotiate so hard and patiently for our Pfizer vaccines while experiencing the worst attacks on lower defamation.

He didn't say much. He did a lot. Without empty promises, he maintained his faith.

In the pandemic, I was prime minister, but Ben was the principal minister. He's been after so many of our successes, it's time for us to stay behind him. It's a matter of reciprocity, to be honest.

Arben will receive his knowledge, motivation and judgment to serve the people of Pristina, and that is the natural evolution for a public official like Arben Vitita.

Pristina is the logical place for Arben to truly implement his vision of a safer, healthier city and therefore more developed.

The change in the Republic and the progress of the Republic, the current and future achievements of our Republic and government, should be seen and felt in the municipality, the capital, in Pristina.

At the basic level, we see the related nature of our problems: transportation is health, education is food, and so on, and these are well understood by Arben.

Pristina certainly has many problems, but Ben is the medicine. I know him. I am excited and excited about what will reach our city.

There will be things, there will be cases when Pristina will need central power, for example: Controversial housing, Home Ring, A Street, Double-Venture, Concertal Hall, Revolution of the Historical Center, Development of Economic Poles, New Stadium, Olympic Pisina, Renovation of the Youth Palace, Surmonal Water Divisions, New Collections, and so on. etc. ... and Ben will always be able to call and explain to me, the door is always open, my phone is always available.

The Arben Vitit programme, but also the list of candidates for the Pristina Assembly, is inclusive.

There they also find themselves third - aged, grandparents, and grandparents, often viewed by our society as invisible.

But even young children - and, of course, teenagers, young ones, and those of us who are old - timers - who need to work hard without wasting time.

Arben Vitia is a modest man and a conciliatory man.

We do not have time for small and futile conflicts, because Kosovo must move quickly to catch up with other countries. Pristina must move quickly to capture the region's capitals.

With the Ministry of Health Arben Vitita doing so, she found the last country in the region in terms of vaccine, and left her first in the region, leaving countries of the European Union, such as Croatia and Bulgaria, behind in terms of the vaccine rate.

Ben is a sincere and fair citizen, a man who keeps his word. When he was in the ministry, he never went out in the campaign. When he is in the municipality, he will be equally devoted, 100% in Pristina's post. But nothing, not even a bit, will be true, nothing will last until we vote for this vision that makes you a city, to be a state. February 14th needs October 17th. Well, Ben, we need president.

We've got this far and we're still in the beginning. This job will take a lot of hands and years. But we can and will, and will win together.

Thank you.
