Kosovo sentenced to eight months in prison the German who caused the accident where one person died

German citizen Kevin Spanner has been sentenced to eight months in prison for the accident, which resulted in the death of the late V.V.

The Act against Spanner was announced Monday by the Court of Foundation in Gjilan, the branch in Kamenica, Sadri Krasniqi, reports “The Justice Trust for”.

Regarding the lawyer's proposal Krvenshi, Judge Krasniqi has said the court will decide outside the session with a special ruling.

With this, Kevin Spanner is accused of committing criminal work “The threat of public traffic” by Article 370, paragraph 9 related to paragraph 6 and 1 of the Penal Code, which is punishable by imprisonment of one to eight years.
