Kosovo police have announced that the Corruption Investigation Sector in Pristina, in co-ordination with the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina following today's investigative action company, have arrested the suspected initial person (R.B.), as well as searched the residence of the suspect senior with initials.
“During the implementation of the suspect's residence, evidence has been found and seized which will be used as evidence in criminal procedure. The Supreme One allegedly presented himself as an official person (the minister) and with this false presentation has demanded from two persons a lot of money in order to assist you in a property matter. Also during the investigation into the suspects, evidence has been provided for his involvement in counterfeiting documents and fraud”, the PK communiqué says.
The suspect after the interview is sent to the suffering of the sentence after resulting that he was condemned in advance by the Court with a decision on a ten-term term (10) months for previous criminal acts “Deception” and “False presumption as official person”.
