Kosovo, Albania Together on Road to Regional Security

The Commission for Security and Defence Affairs hosted a meeting of the Albanian High Course for Security and Protection at the Armed Forces Academy.

Commission Deputy Chairman Enver Dugolli said this is the highest course of security and defence. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to have Kosovo's Quadro also have the opportunity to be part of this course.

Dugolli stressed that Kosovo aims to see as NATO member, as guarantor of the region's security and not alone.

The commission has 11 members, but fortunately very rarely or nothing do we have dyvergence among the deputies of political subjects when it comes to the matter of security and defence. Albanian Armed Forces Academy deputy Etleva Smaci said she is happy that on the matter of security and defence Albanians are together.

While Colonel Altin Kurti sought to be more informed about sending members of the Kosovo Security Force abroad and the focus of the Security and Defence Commission.

Other representatives of the High Course for Security and Protection at Albania's Armed Forces Academy posed questions about issues that had the most interest in the area of security, which were answered by MPs.
