“For what”: Did Kosovars learn what Progress Report is?

During this week, Kosovo has officially accepted the European Commission Report, or as it is known by the name “Progress Report”, in which it was stressed that Kosovo has made little progress in the country's main development areas. Years earlier, more precisely in 2011, the Progress Report had become known, not for the importance, but for the non-recognitions citizens had at the time for this report.
One citizen had issued an interesting statement because it was asked that “what is progress report”.
He said they didn't know because the state and the media had not clarified him enough.
Progress report is... What is it about Mitrovica? Well, we don't know anything more. The Progress Report, did you ever learn anything about them, did you drill us at any time, telelypiculate for the shooter, except for progress, even more. ”, he had declared.

Do Kosovars now understand what the Progress Report is?
The Progress Report is one of the most important documents to assess the economic, political and social situation in the country and to be done annually by the European Commission. The importance of this report, along with my with many other international assessment reports, is also that the assessment comes from an international body in which Kosovo intends to membership.
What's the “Progress Report” that was published several days ago?
Kosovo must engage constructively and make further substitute efforts in “implementation of all past agreements” reached within dialogue with Serbia and “contributes to reaching a comprehensive, legally binding agreement for normalising relations with Serbia”, the European Commission said in the Progress Report.
According to the EC, such an agreement is urgent and essential so that Kosovo and Serbia can progress on their path to the EU.
The report said political instability and pandemic influenced progress in implementing the agenda of Kosovo's European reforms, which according to the document has been limited.
On the other hand, Government and Prime Minister Albin Kurti welcomed the report and said progress has been made.
And the president, Vjosa Osmani, was attacked by the EU for some criticism in this report./Periscopi/
