Former director of Cadastri, Geodesia and Property in the Cline municipality, Nnomza Grabana, Asamist Avni Gashi, Xhevxhet Berisha and Albanian Dauti have been found guilty of admitting the guilt in separate court processes, which took place this year at the Basic Court of Peja, the Cline, reports “Beriming for Justice<x1.

Former director Njomza Grabanica has been sentenced to 300 euros and baning the exercise of office, since she had admitted guilt that she had not declared wealth in time. In this case, however, the court has not determined the length of the ban on official office.
According to the indictment, the defendant was in the position of Director of the Directorate for Geodesy, Cadaster, and Property in the Pec municipality, he had declared his property late and off the legal deadline and on June 30th 2020. Even AKR's asganist Avni Gashi has been sentenced to 300 euros in fines and the ban on exercising official positions for a year. He in the trial had pleaded guilty after reading the indictment by prosecutor Astrit Gashi, who had proposed banning official functions against the defendants.
Gashi is accused of declaring property by ten days late, contrary to law and legal deadlines.
