Kamberi said that following the Valley's budget from Kosovo, the next step should be association with the drafting of a state plan and programme and the functioning of a government body.
“Plotting this ten-year requirement of institutional and political representatives of the Presevo Valley is important because it avoids ad hoc government decisions”.
“More important than the financial amount is state and institutional approach, as in the case of state budgeting”, Kamberi has indicated.
Kamberi said these are policies and practices that are implemented by the democratic states and members of the European Union.
