Berisha has witnessed ahead of those present at the Hysni Gucatin of Nasim Haradinaj trial hearing about the amount of materials he has received on the day of their presentation by the former OVL leaders at the conference.
How many pages did you get?
I think that maybe about 1,000 pages maybe”.
Berisha also confirmed that there were other packages of information, yet he did not specify whether someone else was in the same place where the material was located.
” How I got the documents I got out of that” office.
” The contact has been very short, but when I got the documents, it was a large number of them, I just asked for something, a bag or something to keep the document”.

At the end of September last year, the two leaders of the KLA's OVL, Chairman Hysni Gucati and deputy chairman of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj, were arrested at the orders of the Special Court. They are accused and being tried for obstruction in the administration of justice, fear of witnesses, revenge and violation of the secret of the procedure.
