Isa Mustafa: Referendum brought down Albania's Vjosa referendum

The preliminary results of the October 17th elections produce the winning LDK in the Pec and Lipjan Community.
LDK candidates in Pristina, Podujevo, Gjilan, Fushe Kosovo, Vushtrri, Year, Istog, Yunik and Dragas will face the second round of elections, after failing to secure the first “victory.
For the former LDK leader, Isa Mustafen, the October 17th elections are the second “Referendum” this year.
In a proposal for Gazeta Express, Mustafa has declared that these elections have witnessed the instability of results by the general elections.

Mustafa claims that more municipalities have been expected to be won in the first round, but according to him, conditions have been created for them to be won by the runoff.
He says convinced that the LDK candidate in Pristina, Progress Rama, will defeat Arben the Year of the Vetevendosje Movement.
Mustafa says the LDK will also win in Podujevo.
“The LDK was shown vital in these elections. Some voters confirmed they could be deceived for a short time but not for long. More municipalities are expected to be won in this round, but conditions have been created for them to be won by runoff. I am convinced that both Pristina and Podujevo will be won, and the municipalities that the LDK previously had. The LDK has excellent frameworks in municipalities, has dedication and responsibility”, Mustafa has declared.
Otherwise, the second round of local elections is expected to be held on November 14th this year.
From the current CEC data, 21 municipalities will go to the second round of local elections in Kosovo.
