Through a Facebook post The ATK has shown that they have started with the implementation of the non-aligned employment, construction, accommodation and food service project, which is based on risk assessment methodology.
According to them, these three projects have direct indicators on workers' formalism.
The ATK also states that the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is oriented in the formalism of this sector, through various decisions, as well as through the Pack for Economic Resurrection, namely through measures 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, which are the most important input in the workers' statement, but also the increased sense-browing of workers to demand that the employers declare themselves.
“Once, ATK encourages all employers and workers to apply to take advantage of measures 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 because by declaring workers, you directly help reduce informality in this sector” is said in the ATK report./Economic Butletine/
