But the victim and suspect have had problems one day before the murder. According to police, the suspect had fired a firearm at the victim's house the day before he was killed.
But the suspect had not been arrested that day after a 24-hour police report had been on the run. And for that, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, (IPK), has launched investigations.
The IPK reports that this case is in the information collection phase.
“Referring to your request, we announce that the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, respectively, the Department of Investigations under official duty has begun collecting information under official duty about the incident in question”, the IPK's response provided to the Journal Express.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina has placed one month's detention of defendants Baki Brahimi, due to the suspicion he carried out the “grave murder”, against his uncle Gazmend Brahimi's son.
The defendant Baki Brahimi is suspected of committing criminal acts “grave murder” and “retaining control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
Bucky Brahimi allegedly first hit his van with the deceased and then with firearms.
According to the victim's relatives and the handles, the two had been in constant trouble.
