An indictment of the murder that occurred on June 24th at a coffee shop in Gjilan

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Ra's Crime Department, has indicated the indictment was filed against the B.Z. defendant because of the criminal act “grave murder”.

The Founding Procuror in Gjilan, the Randa Crime Department, has filed charges against indictees B.Z., due to the criminal work heavy murder, by Article 173 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code, which at the request of the state prosecutor is located under the detention measure since June 24th 2021. According to the indictment, the defendant B.Z., on June 24, 2021, about 13:10 minutes, at the victory é Vivala, in Gjilan, deliberately deprived the late I.C. of his life now, in a way that because of a verbal dispute, the same person has stabbed him, where because of his death wounds he has not survived, and on his way to the Regimental Hospital of Gjilan has changed his life”, the municipality said.

In addition, “with these actions, defendant B.Z., is said to have carried out the overmarked criminal work”.
