Rufki Suma as an independent has lost the election race for the first time in history.
The loss even comes as a cold shower after it took place without a run-off.
Mehmet Balage from the PDK has managed to win 50.98 per cent of the vote, leaving Mr. Suma with 42.47 percent of the vote, Periscope is on hand.
The VV candidate has won only 6.54 per cent of the vote. /Periscope
