If there is an institution that is badly governed in terms of public finance management, I am saying that the Mitrovica municipality is among the worst-governed institutions. Promises that have been public promises have not been realised”, Hamza said.
Former Finance Minister in Klan Kosova said that between 2017 and 2020 the municipality's personal revenues have moved for only 200,000 euros, until he added that capital investments have remained at the same level for eight years.
