The government cabinet has cancelled the final decision of December 17th 2018 to expropriate the public interest of real estate, affected by construction of the Pristina Highway, Peja, Kijevo Segmenta Kline éq (MFPT).
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that following the audience's findings that broadcast numerous violations in the expropriation process affecting the construction of this highway and in order to prevent misuse of public money for the 12m-euro distribution, respectively, this decision is being annulled.
The minister of finance and transfers, Iron Murati, has said the object of expropriation has been subjected to auditing.
He has said that there have been abuses and betrayals of values.
