Gorani: The latest agreement with Serbia, a step further towards HINA

Sociologist and analyst Dukagjin Gorani, says the agreement signed in Brussels for stickers is similar to that of 2016.

But he says he's seeing a phenomenon in society, which acts are valued depending on who their authors are.

He says that with the last agreement, a step is being taken towards the Association of Serbian municipalities.
