Sociologist and analyst Dukagjin Gorani, says the agreement signed in Brussels for stickers is similar to that of 2016.
But he says he's seeing a phenomenon in society, which acts are valued depending on who their authors are.
It's a phenomenon I didn't believe society would embrace. Since, the social spirit is such, that it doesn't matter what's happening, it's about who's doing it. The decisions being made are seen, not by the content, but by the author. If the author has credibility, it is acceptable, if there is no, it is unacceptable, it is spreading a disturbing feature, which is personalization. The signed agreement is in the continuation of the logic of the dialogue process, this agreement if it is not the same is too close to the 2016 agreement, but that agreement is considered harmful because of authors, the same agreement today is considered useful because of authors. I'm afraid that's a social naive expression of appreciation. It is naive to believe that a group of people because of their moral superiority were approved by agreements that in content can be harmful or similar to previous agreements. As for the deal and the stickers and the way this whole process has been carried out, I think there's been a relief rather than before. I think it's easier to stickers than to take them off the charts once, Goran said on the Pressing debate show, after Periscope.
He says that with the last agreement, a step is being taken towards the Association of Serbian municipalities.
The truth is to me that through these agreements, we are building a construction that will be called the Association of Serbian municipalities. If this is a step towards that, the current government needs to be days away that if it decides to keep up with the idea of association, it must advance to dealing with the Constitution“, Gorani said. /Periscope
