In an interview for Eyes 7 in Klan Kosova, Havolli said that when there are frequent elections, mental and physical health, it is put on the second plan.
Frequent elections have negative effects on the population, empty promises not fulfilled, the individual can be frustrated, so every time we see that there are as few participants as possible. Promises directly affect mental health”, he said.
Tutje Havol also spoke of the conference, which will be held Sunday under World Mental Health Day, where representatives from Albanian - speaking countries and mental - health professionals will participate.
