Today at the Centre for Counting Resolutions (QNR), the number of conditional votes and those of disabled persons has begun.
Central Election Commission spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that 15 thousand and 482 ballots will be counted during today.
Of them are 12 thousand and 960 conditional ballot papers, and 2 thousand and 522 sheets of persons with special needs.
He has said that today these votes are expected to be counted as Wednesday the announcement of the final election results, which were held on 17 October.
