The results of these municipalities remain the same as those announced the day before, October 28th. Not included in the certificate are the final results of the first round of mayoral elections [...]
The final results of the first round of elections for mayors are not included in the certificate: Podujeve, Shrate, Ferizaj and Klokot.
According to reports by the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtres, complaints in this institution have been filed about the final outcome in these four municipalities.
