Election surprises 2021, 21 municipalities without winners

The preliminary results announced by the Central Election Commission (KQZ) were the surprise of these local elections. 99.80 per cent of the vote has already been counted.
Several municipalities won the battle, while others went to the runoff.
The expectations of some parties and candidates were overturned.
From the current CEC data to 17 municipalities brought out the winning candidate, while 21 other municipalities will go to the second round of local elections in Kosovo.
According to the CEC preliminary results, the Serbian List has won nine municipalities, the Democratic Party of Kosovo(PDK) has won five municipalities, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) two municipalities, while the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV) has not won clear victory in any municipality in the first round.
The PDK won South Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Elez's Hani and Skenderaj.
The LDK won in Lipjan and Pec.
The AAK has won in Decan and Suhareka.
Meanwhile, the Serbian List has won in Leposavic, Northern Mitrovica, Novoberda, Shrpca, Zubin Potok, Zvecan, Gracanica, Ranillu and Partesh.
While in the runoff, 21 municipalities will go.
In Pristina in the second run will be between Vetevendosje Movement candidate(LVV), Arben Vitita and the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Progress Rama.
Gjakova in the run-off runs with the candidate of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ardian Gjini and Vetevendosje candidate(LVV), Mimoza Kusari-Lila.
The runoff also runs the Gjilan municipality. In the race are Vetevendosje Movement candidate(LVV), Alban Hyseni and the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lutfi Haziri.
Even in Podujevo, the race will be the candidates of LDK and LVV.
Other municipalities that will go to the runoff are; Dragashi (PDK-LDK), Kline (AAK-PDK), Kamenica (Social Academy Party - LVVV), Prizreni (LVV-PDK), Vitia (LDK-LVV), Vushtrria (PDK-LDK), Malisheva ( Initiative - PDK, Yunik (AAK-LDK) and Mamusha (Kosovo Democratic Turkish Party ) KDTP and Kosovo Tourist Justice Party {KTP), Glogoci ( The PDK and the Democrats for Drenasin '%D), Klokoti (Serbian List - Civic Initiative of Serbian People's Harmony ♫ GI SNS), Istog (LDK-AAK), Entrance (PDK-LVV) and Rahoveci (AAK-LVV), Obiliki (Citizen Initiative for IQO and LVV), Fushe Kosova (LDK-LVV), and Kacaknik (PDK-LVV). / KP/
