Serbia's Ambassador to the United States, Marko Djurovic, has been viewed in a mask with the logo of the Serb-based municipality Associations at the UN Security Council in the periodical report on Kosovo.
Today's session is the regular meeting of the UN representative's report of the situation in Kosovo for the period March, September.
In the report, U n NMIC has blamed Kosovo for the recent tensions in the country's north. So did the Serb side.
