diaspora vote for Mitrovica, this is the result of Hamza and Bahtiri

Votes that have come from outside Kosovo for the 17 October local elections have been counted at the Counting and Results Centre. In South Mitrovica, LVV presidential candidate Agim Bahtiri has mostly received votes (69) from diaspora, followed by Bedri Hamza of The PDK, which has received 40 votes, reports [...]
For Hamza, these votes do not matter, since the count of fair votes has managed to win without a run-off.
Of the diaspora votes, LDK candidate for Mitrovica chairman Armend Agolli has received 19 votes.
Bedri Hamza from the PDK will be the new chairman of South Mitrovica. The regular vote for mayor that has already been counted is mostly for him. He has received over 53.86% of regular votes, thus avoiding the run-off.
The outgoing chairman and LVV candidate for mayor of this municipality, Agim Bahtiri, lost, receiving 34.40% of regular votes.
The third emerged LDK candidate, Armend Agolli, who has received 11.74% of the vote.
