Kosovo's government has changed anti-pronged measures since today - CO VID at the border, allowing the entry of foreign and Kosovo citizens on its territory only if they have received full doses of the vaccine or are equipped with PCR tests.

The decision was made at yesterday's Kosovo government meeting, while citizens have not been aware of this change of measures. The same procedure is followed by Albania.

However, it appears that movement on both sides of the border with lack of documentation has been contained. Their movement has already been applied to even some of the citizens wear masks on cars.

This has given them more than conscience and health preservation than legal obligation. With the end of the tourist season, there has been a decline in movement on both sides of the border. The daily average movement goes to 3400 vehicles with about 32,000 citizens.
