Thaci has stated that after the given deadline and the release of physical-chemical and microbiological tests, the restaurant has been re-inspected, from which improvement of conditions according to the ordinance has been determined and the same with the inspector's decision has been reopened.
Thaci said that under the law of food and other legal acts against the subject in question has been initiated paper for court.
“Based on the conclusion and review of the actual situation during the inspection of the business subject has committed violations of the legal provisions in force which constitute wrongdoing.
