Pristina chairman-in-law Daut Haradinaj has in the government programme the construction of a new market on the “Agim Ramadani”, which is currently located with the Kosovo Privatisation Agency, as well as the existing Green Market spaces in Pristina.
But what is meant by the revitalization of the Green Market?
Haradinaj has seen the shops of the services and craftsmen located in the district of this market -- owned by the National Company -- be renovated with the company's budget, with full support of the municipality. Frozen peaks, facades and explosives will be renovated.
Meanwhile, the space used so far for the sale of clothing products will be relocation under the new Pristina Market building. The open spaces on this market will then be used as parking space for the Pristina Market. It's also pre-priced, where the first parking hour will be free for consumers and market suppliers.
This goal of Haradinaj, for the construction of the new market and the revising of the existing market, has been welcomed by businessmen, but also by residents of the capital who frequent markets for the purchase of fresh and quality products.
Haradinaj has a government programme that is well analysed, which responds to the needs of the capital residents. With his campaign and daily meetings of citizens, support for him has increased and is continuing to grow rapidly.
In the 17 October elections, he is one of the main candidates to win the local election race in the capital.
