Dardan Krevaqa today spoke before the prosecution: His Reason

Dardan Krivaqa, suspected of killing his 18-year-old former partner, Marigona Osmani, has used his right to defend in silence during questioning by the prosecutor of the case. Krivaqa had been declared today at 09 a.m. before the prosecutor, but the same man said he didn't want to speak without [his...]

Dardan Krevaqa, both in the police, as in court when he has been assigned the detention measure, as well as today, before the prosecutor of the case, has been quietly protected in the presence of his lawyer.

His reasoning about not being declared, according to Marigona Osman's family lawyer, has been unwilling to speak until he sees the autopsy report.

“Today, there was the Dardan Krivaqa statement at 09 a.m., but he was quietly protected. With the reasoning that he wants to see the autopsy report”, attorney Gazmend Rexhepi told Gazeta Express.

The lawyer said the prosecutor's response was that Krivaqa would be able to see the evidence in later stages.

It has been several days since the Law Medicine Institute has delivered to the competent prosecution the report of the autopsy of Marigona Osmani, which was allegedly killed after two days of cruel mistreatment by former partner Dardan Krivaqa and Arber Sejdiu.

Express reports that the autopsy report has not yet been seen by Marigon's family, nor by the case's attorney, since it has been the prosecution's request not to hurt the investigation, the request accepted by family and attorney.

The Ferizaj Foundation Court, in September, has continued detention for two months for Dardan Krivaqi and Arber Sejdiu, specifically until November 21st.

Sejdiu's Krivaqa is charged that on August 22nd of this year they have deprived 18-year-old Marigona Osmani of life, where they had then sent him without life to Ferizaj Hospital and left.
