In addition to classifying cryptova peaces and taxi forms, the bill also aims to ensure compliance with local and international laws.

The Commission for Economics in the Kosovo Parliament is engaged to address, through this bill, the issue of misuse of electricity for saltovatluta enrichment in majority Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo, where citizens do not pay for the current they exploit.

According to lawmakers working on drafting rules for the cryptovalut industry, the bill is expected to be adopted before the end of 2021. It has already passed the first phase of the drafting, while public hearings will also be held for the legal initiative.

So let's just explain to you exactly what cryptovalout is and how it works, what it is “blockchain”, how cryptovalut transactions are verified, how it can become a cryptovalute miners, but also how you can use cryptovalutes, and how you should invest in cryptova.

What exactly is cryptovaluta?

Crytovalta is digital, decentralised money based on technology “blockchain” (Albanian: chain blocks). You may already have heard of the most popular versions, Bitcoin and Ethereum, but there are over 5,000 different cryptovatlutes in circulation, according to the website for monitoring the cryptova peace market, CoinLor.

Kriptovalts can be used to buy common goods and services, although many people invest in them, as in other wealth, such as valuable stocks or metals. While cryptovaluta is a new and interesting type of wealth, buying it can be dangerous, as you have to do considerable research to understand how each system works.

How does the cryptovaluta work?

Crytovalta is an exchange tool, which is digital, encrypted and decentralized. Unlike the U.S. euro or dollar, there is no central authority that manages and preserves the value of a cryptovalute. These tasks are widely distributed among users of a cryptovalute, via the Internet. Bitcoin was the first krypovaluta, proposed by Satoshi Nakamoto, in a 2008 document titled “Bitcoin: Electronic system, no middleman, available money”.

Nakamoto described the project as “an electronic payment system based on cryptographic evidence, instead of belief”.

This cryptographic evidence comes in the form of transactions that are verified and recorded in the form of a program called “blockchan”.

What is “Blockchan”?

“Blockchain” is an open, distributed book that records digit transactions. In practice, it is somewhat like a commercial book that is distributed on endless computers around the world. Transactions are recorded in “minus”, which connect to each other via a “Zirium” of previous cryptovalut transactions, Forbes writes.

Try to imagine a book that records any spending each day. Each page is similar to a block, while the entire book, a group of pages, constitutes a APUlockchain” ) Buchi Okoro chief executive and cofounder of the African Kryptonite exchanger, Quadax.

With “blockchain”, each person using a cryptovalut has his own copy of this book to create a unified transaction registry. The program records every new transaction as soon as it happens, and every copy of “Blockchan” is updated simultaneously with new information, keeping all records identical and accurate.

To prevent fraud, each transaction is verified, using one of two main modes of sanctioning: work testimony or property testimony.

DA PUNILMENT AND POSSIBLE POSSIBLE

The Difference Between Witnessing and Witnessing Property

The work testimony and property testimony are two different sanctions techniques used to verify transactions, before they can be added to “Blockchain”, and reward the verifiators with more cryptovaluta. Generally, cryptovalus use either work testimony or property testimony to verify transactions.

Work testimony: “Work witness is the method of verifying transactions in '%blockchain), where an algorithm presents a mathematical problem, which computers race to solve”, says Simon Oxenham, social media manager at Xcoins.com.

Each of the participating computers, which are often referred to as “minators”, select a mathematical task that helps verify a set of transactions which they often refer to as the block and then add to the “lockchain”. The first computer to settle the task is rewarded for trying with a small cryptovalute sum.

This competition to resolve tasks for “blockchain” can cause much computer power and electricity to be exhausted. In practice, this means that miners barely make profit with the crypto they get for verifying transactions, after calculating the cost of energy and computer resources.

Property witness: To reduce the cost of energy needed to control transactions, some krypovaluta use the method of verification through property testimony. With this property testimony, the number of transactions each person can verify is limited to the amount of cryptovalut that they are willing to temporarily block in a common safe to have the opportunity to participate in this process. “is almost like a bank mortgage”, Okoro says. Each person who puts crypto in the safe has the right to verify transactions, but the probability of being chosen for the task increases with the amount being delivered.

Because property testimony removes the power-extensive task resolution, it's much more efficient than job testimony, and it allows faster time to verify or confirm transactions”, Anton Alterment ..

If the owner (once called the verifer) is selected to confirm a new set of transactions, it will be dissolved with cryptovalus, which can reach the total amount of transaction fees from the transaction block. To prevent fraud, if a person is selected and verifys invalid transactions, he loses some of the money he has delivered.

The Role of Concert on Krypton

Both property testimony and job testimony rely on consensus mechanisms to verify transactions. This means that since each one uses individual users to verify transactions, each verified transaction should be controlled and approved by most trading book holders.

For example, a computer pirate (or hacker) cannot change the book of “blockchain” unless he can verify his fraudulent version by at least 51 percent of the book holders. The resources needed to do so make the chances of fraud minimal.

How can you be a krypovalute miner?

By means of mines, new cryptova peace units are released in the world, mainly in exchange for contract verification

While in theory it is possible for a common person to become a krypovatluta miner, it is increasingly difficult in work witnessing systems, such as Bitcoin.

“Texa Bitcoin network is growing, it is becoming more complex, and more powerful processes are needed. The average consumer managed to do so, but now it's just too expensive. You have to compete with so many people who have perfected their equipment and technology”, Spencer Montgomery Creator of Winta Crypto Consulting.

And remember: Crime with work - witnessing systems consumes a lot of energy. It is estimated that 0.11 percent of the world's electricity is spent to empower Bitcoin mines. Switzerland uses such energy within the year. Bitcoin miners are estimated to spend 60 to 80 percent of their earnings as miners to cover electricity costs. Since it's easy for a simple person to gain crypto by working as a miner in a job witnessing system, the property testimony model requires less powerful computer resources, as verifiators are chosen by chance, based on the amount they deliver. However, this system requires that you already own cryptovaluta so that you can participate. (If you don't have crypto, nothing to surrender).

How can you use cryptovalutes?

You can use cryptova peaces to make purchases, but this form of payment still does not find wide acceptance. Only a few merchants accept Bitcoin, krypto is out of range. That, however, can change in the future.

The payment giant PayPal has recently announced the creation of a new service that will enable customers to buy, hold and sell cryptovaluta, from their accounts at PayPal. This is extraordinary”, says Montgomery. If PayPal were considered a bank, that would be the 21st largest bank in the world, and it is giving access to all its users. They will make it easy for people to send krypto”.

Until the crypto is more widely accepted, current restrictions may be somehow overcome through exchange of cryptovalut to “gift card” (gifts card). In eGifter, for example, you can use Bitcoi to buy gift cards for use in Dunkin Donuts, Target, Apple, and several other merchants and restaurants. You can also transfer cryptovaluta to a debit card to make payments. In the United States, for example, you can extract a BitPay card, which is a debit card that turns cryptovalts into dollars for purchase, but to order the card and use it for withdrawal from ATMs applies to fees.

You can also use cryptovaluts as an alternative investment option, besides shares and bonds.

The best-known <x0). Bitcoin is the secure, decentralised currency, which has become valuable wealth, like gold. Some people refer to it as the digital national”, David Zeiler, cryptovaluta expert and web editor from economy and finance, Money Morning.

How do you use cryptovalots for safe purchase?

Cryptovalts can be purchased in networks without middlemen and in exchange for krypovalutas, such as Coinbas and Bitfinex. But take a good look at the tariffs, as some of the exchanges forbid very high amounts for small cryptovaluta purchases. Coinbase, for example, stops a rate of 0.5 percent of the purchase, and a fixed fee of 0.99 to $2.99, depending on the size of the transaction.

Lately, the investment app, Robinhood, has begun to offer access to some of the cryptovatlutes, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin, without the tariffs of many of the known exchanges. It's very difficult, but now it's relatively easy, even for researchers with krypovaluta”, Zeiler says. “A replacement like Connbase serves the common people. It's very easy to create an account there and link it to a bank account”.

But remember, buying different cryptova peaces is somehow like buying individual shares. Since you will invest all your money in one single tool, you risk more than if you distribute it in a few hundred or thousands of parts.

If you want information on the cryptova peace market, you can invest in individual shares of Krypton companies. But, “if you want the least dangerous involvement, you can invest in large companies which are accepting the technology, IBM, Bank of America and Microsoft”, Zeiler says.

Should you invest in cryptovaluta?

Experts differ about investing in cryptovaluta. Because cryptovatlu is a highly speculating investment with the potential for severe price shocks, some financial advisers do not recommend people at all to invest.

For example, as Bitcoin almost doubled in the past year, reaching a price of over $18,000 in November 2020, it also drastically lost in the same year, when it fell under $5,000. But even the last high levels of Bitcoin are lower than its highest price ever, reached in 2017, of about $20,000. Thus, cryptovatlus, unlike the most common waves, can be very dangerous and can undergo frequent changes of value.

For this reason, Peter Palion, a certified financial planner in New York, thinks it's better to keep up with government-backed currency like the US dollar.

If you have US dollars in cash reserves, you know you can pay the loan, you can pay the bill. When you look at the last 12 months, Bitcoin looks practically like my last ECG, while the US dollar index is more or less a uniform line. One thing that's worth 50 percent is not appropriate for anything else except for speculation”.

Despite this, customers who are particularly interested in cryptovaluta, the certified financial planner Ian Hervey, helps them invest some money in them.

The “Pes in a client's wallet must be large enough to be valid, so that his long-term plan will not be destroyed, if investment falls to zero”.

As far as the amount needs to be invested, Harvey talks to investors about the percentage of their portfolio that they're willing to lose, if investment goes down. “could be 1 to 5 percent, it could be 10 percent/”, he says. The “Cret depends on how much money they have now, and how dangerous they are to lose”. / REL
