Although the struggle with the Devi 19 pandemic is continuing throughout the globe, over the past few weeks the number of positive cases of the virus have been reported in our country.

As the situation in the region seems to be heavier, in Kosovo the numbers have dropped markedly in recent weeks.

When 7,561 active patients with COVID-19 are currently counted in Albania, there were only 431 cases in Kosovo by Friday.

Despite that. Pollicologists say there is no place to feel very comfortable, since the possibility of a new wave of infection is not ruled out.

Such warning comes from former Health Minister Armend Zemaj, who also says there is danger of a new wave.

According to him, in such a period, the Ministry of Health should not be governed by a task officer.

The former minister also has criticism of the new measures imposed by the government.

So far, more than 720 thousand Kosovars are immune to two doses of vaccine, to protect themselves from the Ovid 19 virus.
