The Supreme Court's colleagues have decided on the three complaints agreed to against the panel's decisions on Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP), which concern irregularities in the election process for local elections held on 17 October 2021.

1. The Supreme Court College has approved it as a basis for the candidate's complaint for the chairman of Elez's Hani municipality, Mehmet Ballzhi, from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), and has cancelled PZAP's decision, turning the matter into restoration.

2. The College of the Supreme Court has turned down the complaint of the political subject, the Independent List Bekim Jashar, headquartered in Skenderaj, presented against the election panel decisions for Ances and Parashtre Ansar.673/2021, Anr4/2021, Anr.675/2021, Anr,676/2021, Anr.78/2021, An67/2021 The complaint of the same subject, against PZAP's decision, A.nr.637/2021, is rendered illegal.

3. The Supreme Court College has refused the J.S. complaint, a member of the Election Commission at the Location QV2614/01D by the political subject “Vetevendosje” movement, presented against Resolution III's decision for Anxiety and Parashta:(PZAP), A.6.30/2021, on 20.1021.
