It is alleged that the same during his official work, contrary to the laws and sublaws, in some cases with different persons, without proven and verified, contrary to data from scanted motherbooks, the suspected persons have been registered in the amza books as if they were registered, and then the same has recorded them in the electronic system of civil status, while the suspects have managed to supply with IDs of RKS, as identification and passport with false data that documents were presented in Western states.

“The use of official position or authority and the prosecution's decision by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department of Serious Crimes, is assigned the same as the detention measure of 48 hours”, police reports, broadcasting Express.

“Rast has also been initiated for four (4) other people involved under suspicion of committing criminal acts ʹ falsification of the document by Article 390 and silenced false content by Article 395 KPRK's for further procedure”, police announcement concludes.
