She said she is not threatening President Osmani by adding that she will address the Constitutional Court but wants the dilemma resolved if the president/it can dismiss the chairman of an independent body.
It's about that in some way I threatened the president, but I'm not threatening him, but I'm exercising my legal right, which belongs to me as all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo. I will submit a request to the ombudsman during the next day, because the Constitution does not allow me to address the Constitutional Court directly at my request, but the ombudsman can do so in my name.
Since MPs failed to collect the signatures and submit this case to the Constitutional Court directly what I think is unfortunate, because it's not the case of Valdete Daka, but it's an independent institution that is in question that once and for all the dilemma is resolved if the president is arbitraryly entitled to dismiss the chairman of an independent body, said Klan.
