A thousand and 324 envelopes with votes from the diaspora have been rejected by the CEC, after being deemed unfair.
The CEC Secretariat chief Burim Ahmetaj has made this known at today's meeting.
The latter has announced that the count of 9 thousand and 610 approved envelopes will take place the following days.
“For votes by mail, it turns out that there are 10,000 and 934 envelopes of paper through mail, while 9 thousand and 610 individualised envelopes of balloting have been approved, while a thousand and 324 such” were refused, he said.
“Submission of the vote by mail was made in the QNR by October 21st, and in the coming days, the number of votes by mail” will begin, Ahmetaj added.
