The Counting and Results Centre has completed the counting of votes outside Kosovo, which have been sent via mail to the CEC's address during September 15th, October 15th, for the 2021 local elections. In some municipalities the race has ended in the first round, and citizens will not need to turn to ballot boxes again. However, in most of the major municipalities, including the capital, a strong race among candidates is expected.

For Pristina municipalityThe exiles voted the VV candidate, Arben Vitita, but not enough to ensure a victory without a run-off.

Vitia received 231 votes, meanwhile, the LDK candidate for progress Rama has received 52. Rama and Vitita will compete in the runoff, as no one has managed to get over 50% of the total vote in the first round.

In Prizren municipalityExiles have voted the VV candidate, Mytaher Haskuka, closely followed by VV candidate PDK, Shiqir Totay.

Haskuka has received 202 votes, while Totaj has received 171 votes.

In Gjilan, Vetevendosje Movement candidate for chairman of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, has managed to get mostly votes from the diaspora to lead with this municipality, a total of 199. After that, the most votes have secured the candidate for chairmanship from LDK's ranks, Lutfi Haziri. Haziri has managed to get 99 votes.

In the municipality of Gjakova, Vetevendosje Movement for Chairmanship candidate Mimoza Kusari-Lila has mostly received votes from the diaspora, a total of 289. After that, mostly the vote has received the candidate for chairmanship from AAKA, Ardian Gjini, a total of 178 votes.

In the Podujevo municipality, the candidate for chairman from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks, Speed Bulqiqi, has managed to secure mostly votes from the diaspora to lead with this municipality. He's got 161 votes. After him, Ekrem Hyseni from the LDK ranks has received 25 votes, while AAKA's Besnik Tahiri 8 votes.

In Kamenica It was a tight race between two candidates. Out of 265 diaspora votes, Vetevendosje Movement's Kadri Rahimaj has won most of them, or 168, leaving behind PSD's Central Kastrati, which took 63.

In the Yunik Community, 446 diaspora votes received LDK's Ruzhi Shehu. Meanwhile, AAK's Agron Kuci received 330 votes from the diaspora.

In Obilic, VV will compete in the runoff with Xhafer Gashi. VV candidate Halil Thaci received 22 votes from the license already Gashi has received 8 votes.
