CEC: Out of 43 recount positions, eight are for mayoral mayors

The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has decided on the recount of 43 deployments, where eight of them belong to the mayoral elections. While the final results of the 17 October municipal elections will be published after all preliminary procedures are completed.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi made this known at a news conference today at the Counting and Results Centre. :
The “at this moment at the Counting and Results Centre is beginning to recount several locations belonging to different municipalities. The Central Election Commission has made a decision to recount 43 polling seats, from this total number of polling stations, 8 of them will be recounted for mayoral elections in these municipalities: Gjilan, Kline, Rahovec, Poduje, Prizren, Skenderaj, Year and Vushtrri,” said Elez.
Elez also added that the other 35 seats belong to the municipal assembly elections.
“While 35 other locations belong to elections for municipal municipalities from these municipalities: Prizren seven seats, Pristina six, Skenderaj four, Pec four, Podujevo three, Decan, Drenas, Kacanik, Kline, Fushe Kosovo, Obilic, Rahovec, Suhareka and the Year from a polling site. These positions will be recounted since during the process of investigating the results of the same have failed to register as regular, as there has been a failure to comply with political subjects' votes with candidates or even ballot categories,” has said Elesi.
He has already talked about elections in Han, Elez, as the Supreme Court decided not to go to revote in this municipality, thus granting him justice The PDK, which complained about PZAP's decision to cancel four seats.
Where he also added that the CEC would announce the results for mayor of municipalities after the procedures were completed.
“We are aware that the issue of Elez's Hani municipality is being addressed in relevant institutions, but since each municipality is a special electoral zone, the Central Election Commission will announce the final results of the elections for mayors of 37 other municipalities after all procedures before” are completed, Elez said.
By contrast, the Elez Khan Mayor's election panel for Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP) had cancelled the election for chairmanship of Elez, following the municipality's complaint, Rufki Suma. The PDK has already filed a complaint with the Supreme Court, which has decided that in Han, Elez, however, there will not be a revote.
