Cateazi says that in that document, which has only been distributed to VVA's close membership, Kurti has written that in Kosovo 45 %s of the population are functional illiterate and that the same must be manipulated with false news, since they are unable to distinguish the true news from the false.
ReporterKatazi further says the foundations of false news in Kosovo have been placed on the Vetevendosje Movement.
“I have after analyzing a document, a type of platform written by Mr. Kurti in 2016, how Vetevendosje should come to power but in advance should work. I'm very impressed with that document. No public. That document was handed over to Mr. Kurti a tight part of members, including Wisar Ymer, Zgjim Hysen and others in the VV, no one has approved that document, that platform of how it should move forward. Apart from some elements that create the impression, not of a political subject, but of an intelligent secret service, it has these elements. I'm very impressed with Mr. Kurti himself says in that document that 45 % of the people of Kosovo are functional illiterate. I've been so worried about this detail for two reasons. The first thing that, the percentage of functional illiterates is very large and second, the way that Mr. Kurt wants to work with this category of people. He doesn't say that we have to work that these people can develop with emancipu, but he says manipulate, and since these are manipulated, he says with fake news, it's document, with false news, because this category of people don't get the true news with false news. And the false news was born from Vetevendosje, in Kosovo the foundation of the current news has been placed on Vetevendosje”, Cateazi said on the “Prizma” show by journalist Driton Dragusha.
