European top diplomat Josep Borrell has talked to Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq about the action in the north, and for which he has invited them to Brussels for dialogue.

EU spokesman Peter Stano at a media conference has indicated that EU Foreign Policy chief Josep Borelli has talked with Kurti and Vucici and has invited them to go to Brussels to dialogue.

“I can confirm that EU High Representative Josep Borelli in talks with Secretary Blinken has raised the question of what is currently happening in Kosovo. The EU and the United States are working closely for the Western Balkans and we have the same goals. Borell, during his US stay, has talked with Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq as far as the situation is concerned, and has reiterated the need to go to Brussels to discuss the corruption of dialogue, advance dialogue and achieve progress in dialogue in order to avoid the same situations we saw in the north of Kosovo recently and between Kosovo and Serbia”, Stano said.

He also said Borell and Blinken have agreed there must be a breach of the situation in the north.

The two, Josep Borell and Anthony Blinken, agreed that we should access the situation and resume negotiations”, he added.
