His statement comes a day after the Buckingham Palace has said the 95-year-old must rest for two weeks according to its doctors.
“I have talked to her Majesty, I do this every week because she is part of my work and she was very well in health”, said Johnson at ITV News where she is staying to attend the G20 summit in Rome.
He stressed that instruction should be respected by doctors who have told her to rest, adding that everyone should want her best, writes NBC News.
