I'm back for the only reason because Istog is bad, youth have no perspective, Istog has become a grim place. Istog has become like a picture just coming in and telling you that “the gentleman is old and healthy”, Berisha said.
I'm gonna bring Istog to his place. I'm going to show you the perspective for young men with jobs, turning their dignity around because Istog's always had men and men of his word. Berisha has criticised the current governance in this municipality.

Berisha will compete in the runoff with LDK candidate Ilir Ferati.
The LDK in the first round of elections received 7.607, or 40,91% of the vote until Berisha ranked second with 4.947 votes, or 26,61%.
