Ballage after election annulment in Han, Elez: Summa will be ashamed of the loss she'll cause.

Following PZAP's decision, the PZAP candidate for chairman of Elez's Hann has reacted by the PDK, Mehmet Ballzhi, who, based on the CEC's preliminary results, had won this municipality.
