In the municipality of Lipjan, at the top of the list is LDK candidate Imri Ahmeti with 165 votes.
The second in the number of votes is Vetevendosje Movement candidate Adnan Rrustemi by 92 votes.
Behind him lies the candidate PDK, Hyzer Rizani with 60 votes.
At the end of this list is the AAK candidate, Bashkim Budakova, with nine votes.
