Initially, the accused Vehapi was sentenced to 6 months in prison, but with his request and consent, the prison sentence was replaced by a fine of 3 thousand euros.

The Vehapi is also obliged to pay procedure spending and 30 euros for the judiciary, 30 euros for the compensation fund for crime victims and 50 euros for legal expertise.
