As reported earlier, some people were drowned and others wounded in Norway after a man used a bow and arrow to attack them.
The attack occurred late Wednesday in the town of Kongsberg, 80km south of the capital, Oslo, a police spokesman said.
Local media reported a major emergency response operation in the city, including armed police, two helicopters and more than ten ambulances.
Otherwise, the attack comes 10 years after the worst terrorist attack in the country, when 77 people drowned by a right-wing extremist.
