According to foreign media, Telegrafi conveys, the thaleban government's spokesman, Zubiullah Mujahedid, said on Saturday that two of the three attackers were arrested and denied claims that they were acting on behalf of the Islamic movement.
At the wedding of Hyi Malang Yani in the village of Shamspur Mar Ghundi of Nangarhar, three people who introduced themselves as Taliban entered the wedding and demanded that music be stopped”, he said.
“As a result of the shooting, at least three people were killed and several others were injured”, the spokesman said.

“Two suspects have been taken into custody by Taliban concerning the incident, and one who escaped is asking”, he added.
