Appeal rejects Thaci's request, remains in custody

According to Appeal, Thaci has failed to testify why the preliminary decision has been unreasonable about the risks of being released.
Former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci was indicted on November 5th last year. He is accused of war crimes. In addition, the same charges are charged by Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selimi and Kadri Veselin as former head of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
