Joseph said it has contributed to lowering tensions in northern Kosovo.
“honoured to meet Miroslav Lajcak for excellent and broad discussions. Congratulations on brokering a quick deal on reducing tensions in northern Kosovo”.
Miroslav Lajcak is holding his first visit since he is in the position of the EU special emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Last week he mediated the meeting between Kosovo and Serbian representatives and the agreement reached Thursday for the extension of the situation at border crossings in Jarinje and Brnjak after 13 days.
