The 50 best restaurants in the world, which took place in Antwerp, Flanders, from October 3rd to October, praised NOMA for its innovative menu and use of special food ingredients.
No trip to NOMA is ever the same, with René Redzep and his team constantly looking for unexpected ingredients and turning them into beautiful dishes”, says the award dedication for the winner.
Earlier this year, NOMA was named after three stars... Myshelin '% noted the restaurant's strong attachment to nature and holistic access, using unusual seasonal ingredients on creative and complex dishes.
In his first interview after NOMA received the grand prize, Rene Redzepi showed how important this assessment was to him and his staff following an 18-month challenge in the industry.
