The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has filed the indictment against M.K. defendants, A.D., A.T. and J.B., due to criminal acts “censing the free definition of voters” and <x2 reference or taking bribes to the vote”.
The prosecution's announcement reportedly that defendants M.K. and A.D., on October 16, 2021, about 18:30 minutes in Klokot, have violated the free voter definition, exploiting the economic plight of now indicted J.B. voters in exchange for votes.
While the defendant A.T. has given money to many of the 200-euro defendants, D.B., in order to secure the same ten votes for the candidate for Klokot municipality mayor.
