(5 years ago)The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has set up an indictment today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina .8 (8) defendants with F.K. initials, F.K., T.B., S.M., S.M., H.M., B.H. and I.K. “Special Procurory reports that highly charged defendants are accused of criminal acts of taking or organizing an organised criminal group. [...]
“Special Procurory reports that highly charged defendants are charged with criminal acts of participation or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 paragraph 1 of KPRK in connection with ongoing criminal work Subs by Article 164 paragraphs 1 and 2 related to Article 31 of KPRC”, says the Prosecutor's Community.
Meanwhile, the defendant with the initials I.K. is also accused of holding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 366 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
